Bio
I have been successful competing in pageants in the Miss America, Miss USA, Mrs. United States and most recently Miss Fitness America Pageant systems for the past 10 years. During this time I fell in love with the stage, the lights, the audience and the fame. I developed Pageant P.R.E.P. 101 to help women of all ages reach their full potential during their pageant careers. My services include air-brush make-up, air-brush tanning, hair extensions, personalized diet plans and fitness training, platform development, interview coaching, and stage presentation.

Air-brush Tanning
As a competitor, I am very concerned with the negative effects of tanning in tanning salons and in the sun. Airtan ™ looks like a real tan without exposing yourself to hours of damaging UV rays which can cause burns, premature aging and even skin cancer.
Recommended 8 to 12 hours before event.

Hair Extensions
I have had hair extensions for the last 6 years and I absolute dont know what I would do without them. Hair extensions allow you to create your own vision for your hair and hairstyle for any competition. They give you extra volume and length to create beautiful hairstyles. I use U-tip extensions, also called fusion extensions; they are applied by a heat method using a hair extension iron that fuses the keratin protein onto the hair. The heat will not damage your hair. The heat only touches the hair for a few seconds and is much cooler than your standard curling iron.
Fusion extension attachment is the most popular method and longest lasting. All of the hair extensions are 100% human and 100% remy (remy means that the cuticle of the hair is going in the same direction).
With hair extensions there are no styling limitations, no heavy-duty maintenance regimens and no restrictions on the use of styling tools. Once applied, they are your hair.

I have my degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech, however I have really learned the importance of a proper diet as a fitness competitor and model. The saying, You are what you eat, is true. A proper diet will allow you to feel great inside and out. My nutrition plans will be all in compassing and personalized to your needs.

I hold my degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and I am the General Manager at the Washington Sports Club in Sterling, VA. I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years as a personal trainer, group exercise coordinator and instructor and as a manager. I have been a fitness competitor and model for the past 5 years. I can help with an at home workout or an online personal training plan. Let me help you achieve the perfect physique.

Interview Prep
As a former contestant I know that a pageant can be won or lost inside the interview room. As a contestant, your paperwork, and headshots as well as your answers during interview allow the judges to make their first impression about you as a contestant. Let me help you with your platform development, finalizing paperwork, and how to handle those tough interview questions.

1. How long does it usually take to do:
- Full Set of Hair Extensions usually take about 4 hours
to apply.
- Partial Set of Hair Extensions usually takes about 3
hours to apply.
- Hair Extension Removal usually takes about 2 hours
2. How long does it take to apply air-brush makeup?
- It takes about 30-45 minutes to do makeup for a
pageant or photo shoot.
3. How far in advance before a pageant or
competition should I have an air-brush tan?
- Air-brush tan should be applied 8-12 hours before a
competition
4. How do I schedule my appointment?
- Contact me via email or phone number to schedule your
service
5. Will I have to pay for travel expenses if you are all
ready attending an event as a guest or vendor?
- No, if I am already attending an event you will not
have to pay travel expenses. Check the Events tab to
see what events I am currently planning to attend.
6. What does the Meal Plan consist of?
- You will fill out a personal questionnaire with your
information and your ideal meal plan options. After I
receive your information I will put together your meal
plan and grocery list. The meal plan will be for 4
weeks
7. What does In Home Personal Training consist
of?
- A customized workout built around your fitness goals
and fitness level. The personal training is done at your
home with equipment that I will provide
8. What does an Online Workout consist of?
- A customized 4-week workout built around your fitness
goals and fitness level without the time and money
spent on the face to face personal trainer interaction. It
will allow you to use your own equipment or gym
membership.
9. Do you cut and color the hair extensions?
- I am certified in hair extension application, however I
am not a licensed beautician and I do not color or cut
the hair extensions. However, any licensed hair stylist
can cut, color, and style your hair extensions after they
have been applied.
10. How do I care and maintain my hair extensions?
- You will receive a Hair Extension Maintenance sheet
after your hair extensions have been applied that will
tell you everything you need to know to take care of
your hair and keep it looking beautiful.
